Field notes, not theory.
Shopify, Local SEO, And AI Automation, Tested Before I Teach It.
I run the store, chase the Map Pack ranking, and build the automation myself before I write a single word about it. Three pillars, one habit: try it, measure it, then decide if it earns a place on this shelf.

The Three Rules Behind Every Guide
Nothing gets published here until it survives contact with a real store, a real profile, or a real inbox.
I test it before I write it
Every tool and tactic runs on a real Shopify store, a real Google Business Profile, or a real workflow before it gets a page on this site.
I publish the actual number
Traffic, ranking position, dollars, hours saved. If a result can't be measured, it doesn't make the guide, no matter how good the pitch sounded.
I remove what stops working
Recommendations get rechecked on a schedule. Tools that quietly decline get pulled, even the ones that used to earn a spot here.

Why I Document Instead Of Guess
I paid an agency three thousand dollars to "optimize" my first store. Six weeks later, traffic was flat and my inbox had a lot of screenshots of dashboards that meant nothing. I paid for two more tools after that, both cancelled within a month, both useless for what I actually needed.
What finally worked came from doing the boring parts myself. Setting up the Google Business Profile by hand. Reading the actual Shopify analytics instead of a summary someone else wrote. Testing one AI workflow at a time instead of buying a bundle of twelve I'd never open.
Once something worked, I wrote down exactly what I did and what it changed. That habit turned into this site. I am not selling a shortcut. I am showing you the notes so you don't have to pay the agency I paid, or waste the month I wasted, to learn the same lesson.
Test first, then teach it. That's the whole method.

The Numbers Behind The Ledger
I only recommend what I have personally tested and paid for. Anything that stops performing gets removed.
